Tim Whitesell- Tim has been Halpin Music's band instrument repair technician since 1972. He is a graduate of Western Iowa Tech and a U.S. Army veteran. He is a multi-talented musician and teaches six string and steel guitar. Tim is an avid camper and fisherman and lives in East Alton with his wife Jean.
