General Information
KidzRock is a "rock band" program that offers a unique musical experience for young children between the ages of 4 and 7. Children are taught how to play an instrument in the setting of a real band. The band members rotate on drums, electric guitar, and keyboard using color coded standard music notation while playing on modified instruments for smaller sized hands. There will be a FREE trial class held for interested students, followed by an enrollment period prior to the first "band" rehearsal.

Students may enroll for subsequent "terms" as long as the the student is 4-7 years of age at the time of enrollment.
All instruments for the class are provided by Halpin Music.

Rehearsal/Concert Information
Eight weekly band rehearsals are conducted here at Halpin Music. Following the rehearsal in week eight, there will be a scheduled performance date where each band will get to perform and sing for an audience.

Cost for the eight week KidzRock program (including performance) is $129 and must be paid to secure the student's spot in the band. A 10% discount is available for siblings. Students who refer a friend may receive a 10% discount for future enrollment.

General Monthly Lesson Information

Student receives a 30 minute one-on-one lesson with the instructor each week.
Tuition is $20 for each lesson (billed monthly): $80 a month for 4 weeks, $100 a month for 5 weeks.

Tuition is due the first lesson of every month.
Student remains on the monthly schedule until Halpin Music Company is notified otherwise.

Lesson credit is not issued for missed lessons. Missed lessons may be made up upon arrangement with the instructor. If the student must be absent, the courtesy of a phone call is requested. If no phone call is received, the lesson may not be made up.
If the instructor is forced to cancel, we will issue a lesson credit that will be deducted from the following month's tuition.

If the student will be absent for two consecutive weeks or more (vacations, etc.) and notifies Halpin Music Company in advance, a month's "leave of absence" may be scheduled where no tuition will be due.
Failure to pay the monthly tuition by the third week of any month will result in forfeiture of lessons and loss of your lesson slot.

Cancellations due to inclement weather (at the discretion of Halpin Music Co.) may be credited to the following month's tuition. The same policy is in effect for weather cancellations as with teacher cancellations.
